    I just joined today with the free 90 trial.... My name is Richard Fleek and I live in Murfreesboro TN but originally from Dearborn MI. I have been smoking for years and it is one of my greatest hobbies. BBQ has a way of bringing people together which is exactly what we need today in this crazy world.       • Hi, my name is Darrell. I'm an OTR truck driver for over 25 years. During my off time I love doing backyard cooks. I have a 48" Lang Deluxe smoker, Rec-Tec pellet smoker,1 Weber Genesis 330, 1 Weber Performer (blue), 2 Weber kettles (1 black and 1 Copper), 1 26" Weber kettle, a WSM, 8 Maverick Redi Chek thermometers, a PartyQ, 2 SnS, Grill Grates, Cast Iron grates, 1 ThermoPop (orange) and 2 ThermoPens (pink and orange) and planning on adding more cooking accessories. Now I have an Anova sous vide, the Dragon blower and 2 Chef alarms from Thermoworks.

          One of my customers moved to AZ from Wisconsin about 10 years ago. I moved here from Chicago about 40 years ago.

          They introduced me to new terminology, FIBS. I don't ever remember hearing that term when I lived in Chicago. We went up to Wisconsin a lot, especially for the Can Am races at Elkhart Lake.

          It's a derogatory term that Wisconsinites have for the people from Illinois who come up to Wisconsin for the weekends and clog the roadways and hunt each other during hunting season

          Out west we're never that mean. We call our winter visitors snowbirds. People around San Diego used to call Arizonans "zonies"
