Ive been mooching off of this site for about 6 months.It comes up in google quite abit.Learned a lot but its time to pay my dues.Ive been cooking/smoking for my family for about 4 years.Of course I thought I knew a lot. Thanks to the internet,i know more.And it started here.I love this site.I bought a set of Grillgrates after reading about them here.Then Meathead convinced me to get the whole steak looking like that.Just an ex.Im currently using a Camp Chef Pellet DLX Smoker(which you guys gave away I think in a contest).Its just right for my family.I smoke the usual suspects.I enjoy the challenge of not screwing up the meat.Enjoy learning from people and hope I can help along the way.Im a rookie but I just like great food.

Thanks everyone for the kind welcome.Just got our power back after hurricane matthew.I live in Kinston NC.If you look on the web-google ect you can see the flooding in our area.Im blessed with nothing but power loss,but many were not,they lost everything.No im just a big blue angels fan.They lost a pilot in TN early this year in a crash.Just my way to p[ay respect.On a brighter note -I am in the middle of a 7 lb boston butt cook.Therapy for me is cooking.
