Looking forward to learning more and more. I owe a lot to this site so thought I'd help by joining the Pitmaster Club. Just a few months ago my bbq skills were basically non existent. My wife bought me a Kamado Joe for my bday earlier this year so I dove in head first. Came across this site and am now hooked. I have 3 grills, my 'gasser', a weber 18 and my Kamado Joe Big joe. Totally stoked for the online seminars and hope to win something cool too

Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
