    Hi from Upstate New York

    Hi All! I'm IrondeQuer (Steve) from Irondequoit, NY, a Northern suburb of Rochester on Lake Ontario. I'm glad to be here and looking forward to growing my meager BBQ skills and maybe contributing something along the way! Thanks for such a great site!

      Nah, Jerod. We're too close to the lake and too far from the Adirondacks.

      Love the mini. It's great for fatties and corned beef. You can do steaks on it too, cooking on the top rack to temp and then pulling the pot off and doing the sear. It's good for travel too. With only my wife and me at home now, it works out nicely.
