From the Town of Cedarburg, WI, about 20 miles north of Milwaukee, I give the members of this forum Greetings! I am oone of those people who never puts the grills away for the winter. I use both charcoal and gas grills, along with a gas fueled smoker. I am more apt to put food over flame outdoors than cook in the kitchen. Being retired, I have the advantage of being able to do long time cooking any day of the week. I find the best foods are those done "low and slow", with a final sear before being taken back into the house. I look forward to gaining techniques for foods that I have not yet cooked.
