    Noob from northwest Indiana

    Just joined today and looking forward to going to the next level. Own 2 Weber gas grills and getting ready to acquire a Weber charcoal model. I used to do a lot of charcoaling about 12 years ago, but the wife wanted the ease of gas for her use so haven't used a charcoal grill in over a decade. I REALLY miss it!

    Welcome Kettle_man .... I'm located in southwest Indiana.

    If you are getting a weber 22 or 26 kettle then I highly recommend you look into the Slow'N'Sear.... The best thing to happen to the kettle since..... well ever...
