New member and excited to learn from some of the best. New to the grilling world , I guess, at least serious grilling. Got hooked by watching some Adam Perry Lang videos and have tried a few recipes and so far have wowed the family. Exciting weekend ahead as I'm heading to Indianapolis to go to boot camp...again. At least this one should be pleasant as its hosted by none other than Chris Marks.
