I"m Jeremy from NC. I have loved grilling for as long as I can remember. Something about fire and meat sizzling over it is awesome, but the last couple of years I have become more and more involved in smoking. My theory is if it fits on the grate and the lid closes.... I'm going to try to smoke it at least once! I just medically retired from the Army after only 10 years and I have been looking for things to feel my day. I make a mean Carolina Pulled Pork BBQ. Thanks to this site I have made improved in a lot of ways! I'm looking forward to learning more techniques, recipe ideas and anything else that can make me a better cook. Thanks for everything, guys!
