Hello all and thanks for having me. Name is Gerry and I live in northern Virginia. When not working on airplanes I enjoy standing in the backyard watching my Weber smoke. Only really got into smoking last year but I have been circling around a Weber grilling ever since I was a little kid back in NJ.
I just started with a SnS and I'm sure to be asking for some assistance.

I have been using your recipes and tips for a while now and was debating joining when along came this 90 day membership when I bought a ThermoWorks Dot. Thanks for all your help!
