Hi everyone, Kevin Sloan here, just purchased the book and now logging on as a member. I am from Ireland, moved to USA in 2001. Been grilling for a while but been smoking for about 4 years. I have a Brinkman bullet smoker, a Weber 22 inch Smoky Mountain and a Weber Spirit grill.

Live in KC, love craft beer and Manchester Utd.

Looking forward to learning from everyone!!
