    Hello

    Hello everyone - just joined last week and love the site so far. Have been cooking and grilling for years but have always wanted to try smoking. Was given Meathead's book and a new Weber Smoky Mountain for my birthday in June -- so far have made some awesome chicken and baby back ribs with help from the book and AmazingRibs.com. Looking forward to learning from all you real Pit-masters!
