I live in London so I'll be doing a lot of measurement conversions when it comes to testing out Meathead's terrific recipes.
I am moving house in a few weeks and I'm looking forward to learning how to properly BBQ. I am planning on picking up either a Weber or if at all possible a Kamado Big Joe.
I hope to cook pulled pork, beans, mac n cheese and a fresh salad for our housewarming garden party.
I look forward to chatting to you all! I'll post some British recipes too. Our food has a terrible reputation but it's a hangover from the fifties. Most of my American friends adore things like Scotch Eggs, Cornish Pasties and British Curries when they visit!
