    Hello from Upstate NY

    I have been a lurker for several years. I figured it was time to join the club. I currently have a Weber 22.5 along with a makeshift $200 dollar special which I have used for 6 years. Looking forward to learning and contributing to the community.

          I have done 8 briskets in my life 3 great, 2 passable, 3 the dog is still chewing on 3 years later. I have learned much from the site in the last few years, but there is always nuances that always pop up that you want to try.

                          Howdy NY! I have worked up in the Watertown area. James River paper mill and Fort Drum, Industrial Construction. Loved the time I spent there.
