Welcome! No judgement on the gas grill...honestly, I think my dream setup would be an outdoor kitchen with an LSG pellet grill and a quality gas grill, with each complementing each other's weaknesses. Sadly, our current place doesn't even have gas to the street, and even if I wanted to go for a propane sort of thing our backyard is way too small for two grills.
