    Hi all!

    Originally from the KC area (drowned in sauce ‘til the day I die) I’m a St. Louis migrant who’s been BBQing for about 10 years and have switched to charcoal/wood predominantly for the last 5 years.

    Specialty is pork chops.

    My father has been a member for years and finally convinced me to join.
