Just joined the forum. Been making burnt offerings for at least a couple of decades. Current go-to rig is a Hasty Bake Legacy. Looking forward to learning from all the experts in the club!

Welcome from Michigan. Been seeing a lot of those Hasty Bake comments and look forward to your posts on them. I have been thinking of getting one.

Thank you! There's a learning curve but probably no more so than any cooker that is new to you. I am getting better with it, and so far I've done several cooks including a few turkey breasts, a couple of pork loins, a few reverse-seared steaks, pork chops, and a brisket. All of the results were very good even though I've still got a lot to learn on the techniques.
