Hi all. I did a trial here a few years ago and didn’t really stick around but recently decided to come back and become more active in the BBQ community. I’ve long been a fan of Meathead and his science minded approach to BBQ, so I figured this place would be a great community to join!
Growing up in Appalachia, open fire cooking was taught to me from a very young age and I carried that passion into adulthood. I enjoy studying open fire cooking dishes and techniques from around the world. My cooking style is mostly focused on a fusion of these dishes with American bbq.
It’s great to be here! I look forward to learning from the vast amount of knowledge people in this community have and hope to pass on the knowledge I have gained over the years to others.
