New member here. Figured I should support the only reason to turn on my computer.
i love smoked foods and have spent decades trying to find out how to make great food, I’m still trying. Getting closer all the time but all I have figured out for sure is that some folks can do it and some, like me, can only try to.
I have owned lots of bbq’s (ceramic egg style, Traeger, Weber (classic and genesis) etc…). I got rid of them all because I couldn’t do much more than dry out the meats on the long smoke. My current rig is a Joule sous vide and a CS SM066 along with an MHP permanently plumbed to my household gas line.
My favorite is brisket but love Pork/Beef ribs, pork shoulder and a porterhouse when I can get it.
Amazing ribs is the best source I have found and I hope to continue improving my game.
