    New in Texas

    Seasons greeting! Just moved to Texas to be closer to the grand baby. Another grand baby due out here in February. Broke out the grill and pellet smoker for Christmas rib roast. The result was pretty darned good...and largely based on having read numerous articles on this site. I have been a non-member visitor for many years, but finally decided to get serious about this labor of love. Wishing all of you a wonderful New Year!
