Greetings fellow cooks! Been smoking a while, 15 years on an offset, then got remarried and had a son and dont have time to babysit an offset, although I refuse to sell the offset.
Been going the pellet route with a RecTeq.
Competed a bit, no real wins in the basics, but a coupla walks for novelty items. Sooner born and bred, but now in South Texas. Been on a Mexican spice/venison fusion kick as of late (whitetail and Axis). Always trying to get better and always looking for ideas.
