    My name is Ted Nemetz and I live in Forest Lake, Minnesota. I'm not a beginner when it comes to BBQ, but certainly not advanced either. I use a Traeger Pro 755. I was looking for some info/help with spareribs when I found this site and realized that I needed to go no further. I am happy to be on here and will get on the discussion site to ask my questions soon.

                Thanks Skip, here's my question - I usually do baby back ribs because the ladies in the family prefer them but now my son and I want to get into the St. Louis style spareribs so I tried some according to a recipe I found on my phone that called for 3 to 3 1/2 hrs at 225 degrees then wrapping them tightly with a splash of vinegar for another 2 hours. Didn't know about the 200 degree recommendation for spareribs. Is 225 too low a temp? Or was time wrong?
