    Another new guy

    Hey nice to be here . I can boil water make eggs, hot dogs and pancakes. I am cooking challenged trying to ma my wife's life easier by learning to BBQ. Pleasure to be here. My book arrived today I use a char grill infrared gas grill. I also have an inexpensive smoker/charcoal grill. Which I use for fun and smores

    Welcome to the Pit Cookin Poppi ! Before I started using my new WSM this year, I had done very little cooking. Have used a BBQ grill for years, but really started learning once I found this site. It has tons of great information, as do the members.
