Hi from across the pond and a big rock in the Irish Sea midway between England, Ireland Scotland and Wales! Recently bought The Science of Great Barbecue and Grill and thought I would give the 90 day free membership a whirl with a view to permanent membership.
Had a variety grills over the years but now use a Gen 2 Traeger Ironwood (recently upgraded from the 575 Pro) Weber Slate (table top), Bradley Smoker original (mainly cold smoking), Meater block original and my most recent purchase the Thermoworks RFX.
BBQ, grill, smoke a wide variety of meat, vegetables and seafood when the dodgy British weather allows but have been lucky for the past 4 years managing to cook the Christmas turkey outdoors on the Traeger, no mean feat where we live! Look forward to expanding my knowledge from this amazing site.
