we are in spring, texas. retired, and recently started using a traeger ironwood 650 which i truly enjoy. originally, i ordered meatheads book as an audio version, and quickly realized what a tremendous reference source, so i just ordered the hardback from amazon. i have a lot of questions, and am looking forward to the chat areas. i also am on reddit.
