I’ve been passionate about cooking, grilling, smoking, and barbecuing for several years. Over the past three years, I’ve dove headfirst into pizza making and now own four pizza ovens: two Gozney Roccboxes, an Ooni Karu 16, and a Breville Pizzaiolo. My equipment also includes a 36-inch Blackstone griddle, three Weber 22-inch kettles, a Grilla Mammoth smoker, an Anova Pro and Joule sous vide, and other culinary tools like chamber sealers, Blendtec blenders, and a Typhur Dome 2 air fryer. I am considering opening a pop-up pizza business in the next couple of years.
I’m excited to join this community and learning new tips and tricks.
