Hi Everyone,
Much delayed intro post. Signed up last year as I was researching my first charcoal grill purchase, then forgot I had signed up. Last year I picked up a Weber Performer for my birthday in June and had a great time learning (still learning...) and cooking all summer and fall long. Just picked up a PBC this past week and did my first 2 cooks back to back on Memorial day. Managed to grab a couple of pics of the smoker firing up at 5:30a and the chuck roast coming off at 160 degrees; it was used to make Mississippi pot roast while a whole chicken cooked off on the cooker.
Looking forward to being a part of the community, learning a lot, and hopefully sharing my own knowledge when I can.
