I’m giving this site a trial run as I look to improve my bbq skills. After years of using a WSM (not retiring it!), I made significant upgrade and purchased a Humphrey’s Weekender.
This upgrade has me seeking out tips, tricks, and advice. I can’t stand Facebook, and Humphrey’s has a dedicated Fb group, so I thought I’d check out this site as Meathead’s tips wet what I leaned on when I started smoking about 10 years ago.
