So great to be here. I'm an accomplished home cook but mostly a recipe follower, and I don't mind long or complicated projects. I've dabbled in many of the big BBQ books, Meathead of course, project smoke, BBQ bible, etc. but I still can't seem to take my BBQ nemesis...the brisket!
I've become quite adept at grilling, sous vide, braising and many other international cooking techniques. I'm excited for my in-depth BBQ journey.
Away from my pit, I'm a level 3 Sommelier and run the Beverage program for 4 cigar bars, and cigar friendly restaurants. I love to travel especially to discover new food and drinks, and I enjoy lazy days at home with my dog Apollo.
