Hey everyone, I'm Momo!
I'm a big fan of barbecue — not just eating it, but exploring all kinds of barbecue-related recipes too. My go-to cuts? Definitely beef tongue and chuck eye.Trust me, they’re incredibly delicious when grilled right.

Hi Momo!! Welcome! I’d love to learn more about beef tongue. When I was a kid I had some tongue and it was very chewy so I stayed away. Recently I had some tongue tacos that were delicious. It almost got me to buy some to make at home. Almost. How do you like to prepare it? I do love beef cheeks and think it’s better and way easier to cook than brisket.
I had the beef tongue at a barbecue restaurant, it was charcoal grilled, the grilling time was very short, the tongue was just browning before I started eating it, it was very tender and juicy!
