Hey, new here, current cooking gear is a pit boss loredo pellet smoker and a pit barrel drum. There's nothing wrong with my pellet grill, but I wanted to challenge myself and learn to use charcoal, I have been doing this as a hobby and trying to get better for the last couple years, however it occured to me that this was the best place to learn from and improve my game, not trying to be perfect but definitely hoping to make my cooks more efficient and more consistent.
