A Smokey Joe and the most recent addition a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. 3 TempSpike wireless meat thermometers.
Corporate security but I agree cops are heroes.. I spent 6 years with MWR working for the navy and the air farts in the early 90's then crappy retail jobs and an armed messenger job for 25 years. I started doing Corporate Security about 8 years ago. It's ok depends on where you're at to be honest. I've done everything from mall cop to prisoner transport. I work at a hotel atm and it's ok not really too many problems
