I'm new to the world of BBQ and Grilling and loving the journey. I enjoy learning from Amazing Ribs and have just joined the Pitmaster Club. I am also new to chatting with others in a forum like this, but it seems like a great way to learn and share. SmokeyAdventures I spent 35 years in Chattanooga ,TN and Dalton GA and traveled all over GA among other places. A good friend of mine grew up in Snellville.

Retired, living in Western Mass. Enjoy music, cooking and my family.
Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
