Greetings! I am a 2 month member and am totally impressed. I recently got a pellet grill smoker and I have been mostly successful from the first grill, primarily using the recipes on this website. I live in southeastern Idaho, am retired and really am enjoying outdoor cooking.
I did the recipe for Amazing Ribs perfect Boston butt yesterday and it turned out well. I smoked it at 225 and after the 5 hour stall raised temp to 275 to finish in an hour and 20 minutes for meat temp of 194. Total time was 14 and a half hours, so next time I will play with stall time to experiment with the state of the bark...Memphis Dust is excellent!
