    Greetings from Jersey

    Hello folks. I've been a member for about a month but just getting 'round to saying hello. Hailing from Jersey, I'm currently using an 18" Weber Smokey Mountain (heading into my third season with it). Started with a Brinkmann, which was a good starter smoker, then a Masterbuilt electronic, which was OK for the convenience but that was about all. No surprises ... love the WSM, will never go back. I also use a Weber Genesis grill. My deal? I love to cook. There's nothing like a nice, dark bark and smoke ring, is there? But there's also nothing like the smell of bread when it's baking. Or homemade tomato sauce. And the look on family and friends' faces when they sink their teeth into one of your creations is a blessing. Oh, I like to eat what I cook too! So much to make and share and so little time!
