Hi all,
I'm Bill Henson, the pitmaster of the Smokey Valley Q team here in Central California. I am a lifetime KCBS member, a CBJ, and my team has been competing part time for about a year now. I cook on a 26 3/4" OTG, two 22 1/2" WSM's, an Assassin 28 and a Weber Ranch for when I need the extra cooking area. My wife and I are looking to start catering in the future and to compete more frequently as well.
