    As you might guess I'm a lover of the Blues. I also might add have become a BBQ nut. I have a Green Mountain Jim Bowie, A Pit Barrel, and just bought a used Weber Performance to learn more about cooking with charcoal . Made a test run yesterday and realize I have a lot to learn about precise temperatures with a Weber.
