Goldens are great family members----had ours for 14 years---she was great with all the grandkids.
BTW----we lived in La Crescenta in 1948 before moving to Saudi Arabia---I suppose nothing has changed since then.

WOW, 1948. Yes, La Crescenta has changed since then. I came here in 1997. Funny you should mention grandkids with the Golden. That was one of the main reasons for getting him. No grandkids yet, but I anticipate in 5 years I will. We wanted a dog known for its gentleness around children. Not sure a Terrier would have given us as much confidence. He's gonna be a big boy. How's Saudi Arabia?
