What common characteristics do you think “who are we” in our forum have?
Of course, I know that men account for a large part, and they all like BBQ. Besides that?（In fact, I'm a woman, but I also enjoy the pleasure of BBQ and food. There's a lot of dopamine here，HAHAHA.）

It’s the internet, and it exists in our minds. Not that it isn’t populated by real people; but we envision this reality through interpreting text rather than meeting, watching, speaking, feeling, listening, and picking up the social cues that millions of years of evolution have given us. We only know what we tell each other, filtered through both what we want to share and what we want to believe.
Generally we’re all pretty laid back and accepting of others. With that, the whole thing works pretty well.
Gear includes: Char-Griller's Grand Champ off set stick burner/smoker, SnS Kamado Deluxe, Weber 22, PBC, Victory gasser, Victory 36 griddle, Smoke Hollow electric smoker. ThermoWorks Thermapen Mk4, Smoke, Signals, and RFX4, Meater+, SNS-500, roti fits 22 n gasser, Emeril countertop TO, InkBird Sous Vide, Potane Vac/Sealer. Fire&Ice griddle/cooler ensemble.
Just got into charcoal Dec ‘21 (PBC)
fav is brisky. Love Turkey on PBC. also Turkey in the glass,(any nice bourbon)
Bud has always been my barley pop.
Been smoking a handful of years, just got serious in the last two or three years. Thanks to AR n @glemn picked up an SnS Kamado for appx 1/3 price of new. I dont think he used it twice. Love AR! keep calm n smoke on! Miss you Bonesy.
I am just a lurker that got sucked into this whole "Q" cult. Now that I am fully vested in hardware, burnin' meat aint soo bad!
Had to sell my panel van with the free candy bumper sticker since I no longer pose as a productive member of society.

Actually, I have mentioned it. Then let me introduce it in detail again. Here I come. I'm a woman and I like food because it makes me happy and brings me dopamine. I have two children. I'm in Sydney and I work in a food company.
