    Greetings from New England

    I am excited to join the club and have been putting it off for too long. I work have been working with a trusty Webber One-Touch Gold, Maverick ET-732, digital pen thermometer, Smokenator, and a strong affinity for smoked, grilled, or cured meats. I have been coming to AR for a few years and have learned a lot and looking forward to many more years of learning and sharing.
