Hi-
My grill life began in 1962 when my father was able to score a Yellow Ambassador Weber kettle from our next door neighbor who was the steel supplier for Weber. My dad could grill and smoke everything to perfection and his art spread to me and my two older brothers. I ran a 22" Weber kettle with a Smokenator and a Weber Silver B for years. Fast forward, I went to a plant based vegan diet for 3 years until I moved from Illinois to Wisconsin, the land of beer & cheese. I forgot the vegan diet after I had my first bratwurst and cheese curd order at a local watering hole. Needles to say, years later with multiple Performers, a WSM and a WSK E6 I'm back in the game. I enjoy this site with all the great information and recipes that everybody shares.
Thanks much, Kevin from Wisconsin
