Hi Everyone,
My name is Jeremy. Have been a member since 2014, but haven't participated much in the discussions and never introduced myself. I love to cook and learn about other cultures through food. I am currently cooking on a Weber Performer Charcoal grill, Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker, a free 2011 era Weber Genesis, and also have a Big Chief.
My dream set up would be a high quality gas grill with grates that can be swapped out for a flat top and a Hasty Bake. Don't get me wrong, I want all the things, but only have so much space...and money

Accessories: Spider Venom fan, and SnS Temp probes.

I enjoy cooking ribs (pork or beef), pork belly, brisket, burgers, ribeyes, chicken (usually boneless/skinless thighs), and skirt steak for carne asada.

Beverages - Alcohol isn't my jam.
