    STUMBLES new member

I'm a newbie/ pretender, faux novice griller smoker in Freedom, WI that has accidently stumbled into amazing dishes in the past as well as stuff that a caveman would question for edibility. I have used charcoal Webers and Brinkman to grill/smoke burn/destroy good food in the past. I recently stumbled onto using a pellet grill and have made a leap in beating the heat which in the past was a problem both ways - too much heat or too little. I love my Yoder but still have my charcoal and gas grills which I hope to master and will not part with yet. Tired of being the Rodney Dangerfield guy holding the tongs.

    Welcome from NEOK!

Yoder makes a good pellet cooker. There are so many modalities and ways to get to the right place, I enjoy a bunch of 'em!

Welcome to The Pit from Texas. Remember, the only Pit approved reason to get rid of grills and smokers is to make room for more grills and smokers.
