I just bought a Traeger pellet smoker and I am new to this web site and so far we are enjoying it, I have been following Meatheads advise and it has been very good. I have done wings, pulled pork, jerky and ribs and all have been a hit in the last two weeks. The rubs and sauces have been very good as well. I told my wife today if I meet Meathead I plan to buy him a beer for the good information I have received from this web site.
