Hello all, new member here, got a hankering for some bbq, early this morning I put on a 12lb brisket. I'm using meatheads big bad rub recipe. By the way, I happen to win a first place prize on a brisket using that recipe a few years ago. Anyways, it's almost ready to get wrapped and get some rest before it disappears, got some family waiting for the dinner bell to ring.
