Hi everyone.
My name is Mike and I just got my first smoker for my birthday this year. I have been smoking on a Weber kettle for about 4 years and am extremely excited to use my new smoker. I love smoking pork butt, brisket, and ribs! I am in the process of building my own large smoker for the bbq food truck that I am hoping to have up and going in about 2 years. Building the business just like my new slow and steady. I am very excited to be a part of this site I have already gotten so much info that I had to sign up to get more! Looking forward to what this year of bbq news will bring.

I bought an Oklahoma joe and have done a few mods to it so it isn't as much of a COS. I want to master the idea of an offset so when I build my large one out of a propane tank I have the science of it down.
