Hello from New Hampshire (originally Chicago)

I've been a member for a while, but tend to just read the ratings and recipes. I ended up watching the Weber Genesis Charcoal video and discovered you have a YouTube channel. Glad to see Meathead is a Bears fan.

I have a Camp Chef pellet smoker that I use frequently and an older Weber gas grill that I don't use much. I have a Weber Performer at our cabin that I use every time we are up there. So I will likely buy a Genesis Charcoal this year.

The only problem with grilling and smoking in New England is that it's really hard to find better food in restaurants. We call it a food desert.
