    Hello from Iowa

    Hello Everybody!
    My name is Wil and I live in Knoxville Iowa. I've been lurking in this site for a couple of years and after Amazing Ribs saved my butt (and ribs and brisket) on multiple occasions I paid for a membership. I currently do my smoking on an MES but will be getting a Weber kettle and Slow n Sear in the very near future. I want to thank Meathead and the gang for all their work so a regular guy like me can make awesome BBQ at home.

      Will, Welcome to The Pit! You are going to have a serious Love Affair with your New Weber and S 'n S! I know I do, one other thing I added is a DigiQ-2 Temp Control! I truly find the Temp Variations Scary Stable!

                Thanks for the suggestions Danjohnston949 and fuzzydaddy. I've had the DigiQ in my sights since deciding to ditch the training wheels and cook like a big boy. The PartyQ looks to be closer to my price range for now, so I'll probably start there.

                  Not to add Confusion where there Was None! But you might also want to check the Auber Temp Control
