About time to jump into this great group of Chefs/Cooks/Grillers/Smokers, and all around foodies! Been here for a few years, enjoying all of the advice, words of wisdom, and expertise on preparing food. My dad got me started grilling, smoking about 50 years ago. Man, he was good. Currently I am using a Kamado Joe Classic, and a PBC. Love them both for different reasons. Using the PBC for the smoking, and the Joe for grilling, roasting, and searing. Have learned many tips, methods, and how too's right here. Thanks for everything, and looking forward to more learning and sharing in the near future. Salute!

Come on in and join the fun,
Beware of BBQLUV, his goal is to improve his cooking skills with Traeger Timberline 850, and he doesn't drink no Coor's Light.

bbqLuv How's about the regular version?
Coors, the Banquet of bottled beer! Coors was a thing back in the day...they instisted on it being refrigerated 24 x 7.
A bit sweet, but tasty.
Memories of my Dad drinking it on weekends. In this day and age, I am an IPA guy.
Have not had one in quite a few years, may have to try one this weekend!

Light beer is just not my favorite, it is drinkable.
I do have fun poking fun at Coor's Light, I admit it.
The lightest beer for me is on the order of PBR. Well-balanced flavor and price.
10 Barrel Micro Brew makes Pub Beer that is good and has a shade stronger flavor than PBR.
