    Hello y’all
    My name is Jesse82. New here and trying out for the 30 days. Then signing up. Been a big fan of this site for many years.
    I am a chef and pastry Chef/baker … currently own and run a wholesale bakery.
    also work for USPS as a letter carrier
    I enjoy food science, pressing fresh apple cider , bbq , wood fired food and the study of food in general. I love to feed people. Brings me true joy.

    I currently own a
    green mountain jim Bowie
    Weber grill
    Rosso fauco wood fired oven
    blackstone griddle
    and live fires every weekend

                  Honestly I don’t like it. Don’t feel it gets hot enough for my liking. But I think
                  Having a propane grill is important for when your limited time.
