Just wanted to swing in and give a big howdy to all you fine BBQ loving folks..I was born,raised and live in East Ohio.Married with more kids(3) than one man should be cursed(I mean blessed) with.Im a regular old blue-collar guy in my mid-30s that enjoys ,hunting,fishing ,camping,family,whiskey,cigars and of course food.

I am not new to grilling but I am new to smoking.I got a cheap Side firebox unit a year ago but never used it cause I wanted to do mods,get therms,charcoal basket etc before I started.I discovered the Weber kettle and slow n sear and decided I liked that better.I still got the old SFB unit and aint decided what to do with it..

Anyways I am rambling now..Nice to meet ya's and I look forward to future discussion
